This website is run by Dental Options Cyprus, a private dental clinic at Dr. Salih Miroglu Cad., Ataker İşhanı No 3, Kyrenia, Cyprus. You can reach us through the quote form on our website.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote through our form we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, the treatment you are interested in and when you would like to start. If you arrived through an advert we also keep the advert reference (for example a Google Ads click ID) and the page you came from.

Please do not send us detailed medical history through the form. We will ask for what we need during your consultation.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and send you a treatment plan and price.
• To arrange your consultation, treatment and any transfer you ask for.
• To understand which of our adverts bring enquiries.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone except the services listed below.

Services that process your data

• WhatsApp (Meta). After you submit the form, the conversation continues on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Hostinger. Our website host. Enquiries are stored on its servers.
• Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics). Cookies are used only if you accept them (see below).

Cookies

Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them. If you decline, Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies, which cannot identify you. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and plan your treatment. If you do not become a patient, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send us a request through the quote form on our website with the name and number you used, and we will confirm once it is done.
